Our new President (or we should say President again)  for the 2018 -2019 year is Guy Lopez.  Guy has been active in Rotary for many years and has served in various capacities.  He has received many awards for his volunteer work and is extremely devoted to whatever he undertakes.  He is also the current  Assistant Governor to help the District Governor in many ways.  Thanks, Guy, for all you do and for your leadership.  We love working with you.

At our October 6th meeting, James Patry was wearing this snazzy jacket.  At least one of us was looking bright.

Gorham High School student Autumn Brown was the winner of the 2017 White Mountain Rotary Club Speech Contest held recently at the Yokohama Restaurant in Gorham, NH, during the club's regular meeting. Three students from Gorham High School participated in the event.
Autumn is now eligible to participate in the Rotary International District 7850 regional contest. If she is successful at that event, she can move on to the district competition.

A great time was had by all at our Changeover Party at the beautiful home of Pat Lussier and her husband Dick.  Past president Kelly Guilmette turned the gavel over to our new president Dawn Fontaine.  We were honored to have with us our District Governor Jay Polameno and outgoing Asst. Gov. Jayne Britton.
